I'd heard in magazines that dry body brushing can get rid of cellulite. I think it's based on the premise that it helps circulation and moves/breaks down little clumps of fat that have gathered together. As my diet mainly consists of Nik Naks, Monster Munch and Kit Kats and I am too lazy to exercise, I thought I'd give this a try! I got my brush from Superdrug, it was probably about £3 but I can't really remember as I bought it a while ago. It has a little strap so you can slip it on your hand and get down to business!
This had been lying around for a while as I forgot/couldn't be bothered to use it so I thought I'd use it twice a day for a month or so and see if there's any difference. So far I just know that it makes my skin really smooth and helps get rid of the little bumps at the back of my arms (the annoying little things!). My boyfriend teases me whenever I get this thing out and calls it a horse brush but ho hum, if it works it works!
Hello,
ReplyDeleteI did a thread on my blog about body brushing a while ago and I have still stuck to it and can really see a big difference. As well as my skin being really smooth - it really has made a difference to my lumps and bumps!! Stick to it.:)
