This is a picture of my mummy from back in the 60s/70s. She used to do a bit of part time modeling and this is one of her headshots from back then. I love her eye makeup here with the double flick! I'm tempted to try it and see if it's suitable for a night out. What do you all think of it?

Wow, she looks beautiful :) It's no wonder you are such a stunner, with a Mummy like that :) I LOVE the double flick, go for it :) xxx
ReplyDeleteOhh its really pretty! i love looking at my moms old photos to check out her fashion and make up looks! they had so much less to choose from back then but still look great! The only thing i dont envy is my mom straightening her hair with an iron :P lol

ReplyDeleteWowza, now I see where you got your looks from! I love the haziness of 60's photos. I saw that look recently in a magazine, they have been doing it on the catwalks

I love it, and actually Beth Ditto rocked the double flick at the recent Evans Plus Size Range launch. Its definitely a more dramatic take on it but still fab http://www.style.com/blogs/beautycounter/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/beth_blog.jpg
