It seems Autumn has crept up on upon us whilst we were all still waiting for summer to say hello. The nights are longer, there's a chill in the air and the leaves are changing colour. I'm looking forward to welcoming the new season as it means cosy knitwear, snuggles in front of the fire and homemade soup. But before I embrace all the comforts of Autumn, I thought I'd share some of the last few photo's I captured of summer before it so swiftly left us.

Are you sad to see the end of Summer or are you looking forward to embracing Autumn?

I love the pictures of the roses, so delicate :)
ReplyDeleteI have said goodbye to summer this weekend, with my last summer post- which seems quite out of place in this colder weather. I've already adopted my long comfy trousers to sleep in! X
ReplyDeleteLove those boots! I can't wait for Winter :)

ReplyDeleteThe photos are beautiful! As we didn't have a proper summer I'm not too sad and am looking forward to autumn for the same reasons you stated above, knitwear, cuddles in front of a fire and yummy soups/hot chocolate :) The boots are gorgeous! xx
ReplyDeleteBring on autumn, those boots are to die for :-)
ReplyDeleteThese pictures are looking awesome and hats off for the photographer. I too was looking forward for the autumn to have some hot soup from my mum’s hand.
