A Fresh Start in a Familiar Place

It is a delight to be writing here again, after so many months without my creative outlet. My new site is finally ready, and I can once again return to the place that has evolved as I documented my journey over the years. What once started as a beauty blog many years ago has now grown into a journal of motherhood. I have changed a lot since I first began writing here, and so it’s inevitable that my blog changes with me.

A new design for a new direction.

The break was unintended; a culmination of the site taking longer than expected and needing some space personally, and it turns out that was just what was needed for a renewed love and a fresh perspective. An epiphany of sorts, where everything fell into place and I saw with perfect clarity what I wanted my future to look like, and how I needed to change to get me to the place I wanted to be. And so the two tied together; my passion and my purpose, and now here we are.

I have a hope for what I want this blog to become, with content lined up that truly excites me and inspires me. Whilst many mama blogs are focused on the children, I want this also to be a space where mothers can talk about THEIR needs, desires, dreams and feelings. A safe space to connect with like-minded women and talk about the difficult topics, as well as they joyful ones.

It is a place to inspire, empower and uplift women who long to create the life they crave. Here you will find a collection of stories about motherhood, simple living, and self care, as well as tips on mindfulness, gentle parenting, and more. It is a place for mothers who want to lead intentional lives and discover how to nurture their sense of self whilst navigating the trials and tribulations of motherhood.

My hope for you, the reader, is resonance. May you be inspired here to begin or continue your own path in exploring the world and the power you have within you.
