BabyBeau Ellie Changing Bag

If you’re a handbag kind of girl, one of the more exciting purchases when you’re preparing for the arrival of a baby is the changing bag. I knew my beloved Mulberry and Miu Miu bags would be taking a back seat, so I wanted to replace them with a chic changing bag which didn’t look like a changing bag. Much of the bags on offer seem to be quite gaudy and bright, whereas I was looking for something both stylish and functional. The BabyBeau Ellie Changing Bag fit this description perfectly. I love the timeless design of the bag, which offers style and enough space to accommodate all the baby paraphernalia needed when a mum is out and about.
In stylish two-tone tan leather with accents of gold hardware, the Ellie bag is both beautifully designed and practical. It can be worn three ways – on the shoulder, across the body with the use of the detachable longer strap, or hand held. The inside features everything you’d expect to find in a changing bag – plenty of space for nappies, bottles and muslin cloths. Tucked away inside the bag is a very chic leatherette striped changing mat and bottle holder, plus a clip-on zip pocket pouch which is the perfect place for essentials such as keys, phone and change – which will make them easy to locate without delving around the baby items! The inside of the bag is pop-out, so it can instantly transform into a regular handbag or a spacious weekend bag by taking out the insert.
Priced at £199, the BabyBeau Ellie is definitely a luxury changing bag, but the cost is easily justified by the quality of the leather, the versatility of the design and the stylish accessories – all which make it a bag that can be used throughout the baby years and beyond. If you’re looking to invest in a high quality stylish changing bag, I highly recommend this one!
The BabyBeau Ellie Changing Bag is available to buy from John Lewis

That is absolutely gorgeous! I had the exact same problem choosing a baby bag – they are all so bright with such horrendous patterns on! I went for a 'Not so Plain Jane' bag by Pink Lining in the Bumblebees and Stardust print in the end, but if I'd had a higher budget then I might have been swayed with this little beauty!

This purse came quickly and in great shape. Everything was just as they said it was and as it was pictured. I love it and have gotten many compliments. I am really satisfied and would order again.
