I have a bit of a thing for wrap dresses. I have an hourglass figure so I often struggle with dresses, finding they can fit at the waist but are too tight on the bust and hips, or vice versa. Wrap dresses are the perfect solution, nipping in at the waist, having enough room at the bust and skimming over the hips. I spotted this dress on the Love website (amazing for wrap dresses) and although I loved it, I thought £38 was on the pricey side for a simple chiffon dress, so I was delighted when a couple of weeks later I was notified of a half price promo. It’s lightweight, simple to style and I love the snake print. I paired it with all black – leather jacker, belt, tights, platforms and Illamasqua Scorn nail polish. The only problem is now I want to stock up dresses from Love, especially this peach wrap dress (perfect for spring) and this wine coloured dress. Hell, I just want all of them! Are you a fan of wrap dresses?

You look amazing in the dress, better than the models on the Love website about the only thing that superskinny models don't look right in are wrap dresses, you need to have the boobs and butt to fill them or it just looks like something is missing. You are right the full prices are very high for what the dresses are. Would you wear it for a night out somewhere hot as it is 100% polyester or is it more of a day dress?

I've never really been one for wrap dresses, but you've made me think twice now! Really pretty yet sophisticated looking, and a little more 'grown up' than others, which is good 'cos sometimes I feel like I'm stuck in a bit of an age rut when it comes to my clothes, and that I dress too young for my age, but I think I'm gonna try one of these next time I'm shopping. I love your matte nail polish too – that matte that it doesn't look real! hehe
